Atlanta Live Event & Streaming Production

Live broadcasts that don't drop a frame.

Multi-camera live event production and livestreaming for Metro Atlanta — conferences, corporate events, sports broadcasts, concerts, and church services. Engineered end-to-end by a Woodstock, Georgia-based team that treats every show like it's going on broadcast.

Live · Multi-Camera · End-to-End

A live broadcast is a system, not a setup.

Live event production isn't "a few cameras and a streaming key." It's a system — cameras, audio, switching, graphics, encoding, network, redundancy, and a director who can make decisions in real time when something goes sideways. Most events that go wrong on stream go wrong because one of those layers wasn't planned for.

We treat every Atlanta livestream like a small broadcast TV plant. Multi-camera coverage, professional audio, lower-thirds and graphics, dedicated streaming encoder, bonded cellular plus venue hardline as redundant uplinks, and a producer in the room who's run more shows than your IT department has watched.

The result: a stream that looks and sounds like cable network coverage, with the operational discipline to actually make it through the run-of-show without an unscheduled cut to black.

Events We Cover

Four kinds of live.

Each requires a different production posture. We staff and gear accordingly.

01
Conferences & Corporate
Keynotes, panels, all-hands, summits, and conference main-stage coverage across Atlanta venues. Multi-cam capture, IMAG to in-room screens, simulcast to YouTube/LinkedIn/private destinations, full speaker audio, and a session library archive delivered after.
02
Sports Broadcasting
Multi-cam coverage of regional sporting events — high school, club, college, and pro-am leagues. Replay, scorebug graphics, play-by-play and color audio, dedicated commentary mics, and a clean feed for league archives plus a clean feed for stream.
03
Concerts & Performance
Live music streams from venues, churches, and our Atlanta-area studio. Multi-cam direction cut to the music, multi-track audio with FOH split, lower-thirds, and post-event archive cuts of each song delivered as standalone assets.
04
Hybrid & Multi-Site
Hybrid in-person + virtual events with remote presenters, multi-site simulcast, and a unified switched feed. Q&A integration, virtual moderator support, and a stream that holds up whether attendees are in the room or watching from a different time zone.
How We Work

Pre-pro is where the show is won.

01
Site Survey & Run-of-Show
A site walk-through (in person or virtual depending on venue), full review of the run-of-show, and a production design that maps every cue to a camera, audio source, and graphic. Nothing happens live that we haven't already rehearsed on paper.
02
Load-In & Engineering
Crew arrives early, rigs cleanly, and tests every signal path before doors open. Cameras shaded, audio levels checked, graphics templated, encoder primed, and both primary and backup uplinks confirmed online.
03
Showtime
Director, technical director, audio engineer, graphics op, and camera operators on intercom. Producer running show-flow against the run-of-show. Stream goes live, crew runs the cues, and the room feels nothing but a smooth event.
04
Archive & Cutdowns
Every camera ISO recorded, full mix archived, and the program feed exported clean. We deliver a final archive in your preferred format, plus optional session-by-session cutdowns or social-ready highlight clips.
Where We Work

Atlanta venues and arenas, top to bottom.

Our home base is Woodstock, Georgia, a short drive from every major Atlanta venue. We've worked across the metro — Buckhead, Midtown, downtown convention space, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Decatur — and travel for sports, conferences, and concerts across Georgia and the broader Southeast.

If you're searching for "Atlanta livestreaming services," "Atlanta sports broadcasting," or "live event production company near me," you're in the core of our service area. We're equipped for everything from a single-camera fireside chat to a multi-camera league broadcast with replay and graphics.

For traveling productions, we maintain a kit that fits in two flight cases and ships ahead — full multi-cam capability without a full truck.

Frequently Asked

Questions we get a lot.

What does an Atlanta livestream production cost?
A single-camera streamed event in Metro Atlanta typically starts in the low four figures. Multi-camera conferences, sports broadcasts, and concerts with switching, graphics, and full audio production usually run mid four figures to mid five figures depending on crew, gear, and venue load-in. We quote against the actual run-of-show after the discovery call.
Can you stream to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. We routinely simulcast to YouTube, Facebook Live, LinkedIn Live, X, custom embed players, and private destinations like Vimeo or a Wowza endpoint — all from one production. Multi-destination streaming is included as standard, not an upcharge.
Do you provide on-site internet for unreliable venues?
We bring bonded cellular and a backup uplink to every event by default — most venue Wi-Fi cannot be trusted for a live broadcast. If your venue has hardline fiber we'll use it as primary, with cellular as fallback. We've yet to drop a stream because of network issues, and we plan for the day we do.
